Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Reon Infra Soft LLP, India, governing your use of Shaadi Nest. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding agreement and legally permitted to seek marriage or relationships under the laws applicable to you. You must not use Shaadi Nest if you have been removed for violating these Terms or applicable law.

2. Your account

You must provide truthful, current information, use your own mobile number, keep account access secure and promptly correct inaccurate details. You are responsible for activity through your account. One person may not maintain deceptive or duplicate accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate anyone, misrepresent identity, age, marital status or intentions, or upload photos you do not have permission to use.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk or harm another person.
• Solicit money, conduct scams, promote commercial services, send spam or use the Services for trafficking or illegal activity.
• Post sexual exploitation material, content involving minors, hate content, violence, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, automate access to or bypass security controls of the Services.
• Share another user's private information without permission.

4. Safety and user interactions

We do not conduct a guaranteed identity, criminal-history or background check on every user and do not guarantee another user's identity, statements, intentions or conduct. Use judgment, keep early conversations on-platform, never send money, and meet in a public place. Report suspicious or abusive behaviour through the app. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

5. User content and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the Services. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to your content. You may end this licence for future use by deleting the content or account, subject to backup, legal and safety retention described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, safety rules or law have been violated. We may preserve and report evidence where required for safety or legal compliance.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, pricing and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Google Play or Apple's App Store are also governed by that store's terms. Billing, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through the applicable store, except where law requires otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

Shaadi Nest, its software, design, trademarks and service content—excluding user content—belong to Reon Infra Soft LLP or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

9. Service availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and availability may differ by device, region or app version.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee matches, marriage, compatibility or user conduct. Reon Infra Soft LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Services and request deletion by following our Delete Account instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, non-payment or legal reasons.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Reon Infra Soft LLP will have jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can attempt an informal resolution.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
