Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Shaadi Nest account and associated personal data.

Request by email

1. Email support@shaadinest.vip from an email address you can access.
2. Use the subject Delete Account.
3. Include the mobile number registered with Shaadi Nest, including country code. Do not include an OTP.
4. We may ask you to complete a reasonable verification step to protect your account.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account, profile information, photos and other personal data associated with the account, subject to the exceptions below.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, security, dispute resolution and backup integrity. Messages already delivered to another user may remain visible to that user where required for conversation integrity and safety. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Processing time

We aim to begin processing verified requests promptly and complete deletion within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and backup cycles. We will confirm when the request has been processed or if additional information is required.
