Child Safety Standards

Shaadi Nest, operated by Reon Infra Soft LLP, is an adults-only matchmaking and dating service. Users must be at least 18 years old. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited conduct and content

Users must not create, upload, request, share, promote or distribute content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking of children, sexualised depictions of minors, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor. Users must not misrepresent their age or facilitate contact with a child for sexual purposes.

2. Reporting in Shaadi Nest

Users can report a profile or safety concern through the in-app Report User feature. Reports may also be sent to support@shaadinest.vip. Please include relevant details while avoiding downloading, forwarding or redistributing suspected CSAM.

3. Review and enforcement

We review reports and may promptly remove prohibited content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and take other steps needed to protect users. Confirmed or suspected CSAM and child exploitation may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), relevant Indian authorities, law enforcement, or another appropriate regional or national authority as required by applicable law.

4. Cooperation and legal compliance

Shaadi Nest complies with applicable child-safety laws and responds to valid legal requests. We cooperate with competent authorities and maintain processes for addressing known CSAM and CSAE-related conduct.
